蠔油2湯匙 - 2tbsp of oyster sauce
紹興酒1茶匙 - 1tsp of chinese cooking wine
麻油1茶匙 - 1tsp of sesame oil
雞粉1茶匙 - 1tsp of chicken powder
黑胡椒粉少量 - a pinch of black pepper
孜然粉4湯匙 - 4tbsp of ground cumin
黑芝麻2湯匙 - 2tbsp of black sesame
