豬腩肉1磅半(約700克)- 700g of pork belly
蒜頭3個 - 3 cloves of garlic
洋蔥半個 - half an onion
豆卜50克(隨意) - 50g of beancurd puffs (optional)
蛋3只 - 3 eggs
香葉3片 - 3 bay leaves
黑胡椒粒1湯匙 - 1tbsp of black peppercorns
蘋果酒半杯 - half a cup of apple cider
白醋3/4杯 - 3/4cup of white vinegar
豉油 (生抽)3湯匙 - 3tbsp of light soy sauce
老抽1茶匙 - 1tsp of dark soy sauce
水1杯 - 1 cup of water
