Our first cruise stop was Marseille, and we went to visit a town nearby called Aix-en-Provence. In here I bought a special herbs which we'll cook with it today.

去核黑橄欖15-20粒 - 15-20 pitted black olives
鯷魚(鳳尾魚)約5條 - 5 anchovies
紅酒3/4杯 - 3/4 cup of red wine
碎番茄醬一罐(400克)- 1 can (400g) of chopped tomato sauce
普羅旺斯香草1湯匙 - 1tbsp of Herbs de Provence
鹽 (有需要) - Salt to taste
