蜆1公斤 - 1kg of clams
洋蔥一個 - 1 onion
蒜兩瓣 - 2 cloves of garlic
番茜一小撮 - small bunch of parsley
蕃茄膏兩湯匙 - 2tbsp of tomato puree
辣椒碎半茶匙 - half a tsp of chilli flakes
甜椒粉兩茶匙 - 2tsp of paprika
白酒¾杯 - 3/4 cup of white wine
水半杯 - half a cup of water
鹽半茶匙 - half a tsp of salt
牛油20克 - 20g of butter
中間麵粉兩茶匙 - 2tsp of plain flour
月桂葉兩片 - 2 bay leaves
