白魚柳400克 - white fish fillet 400g
青檸4個 - 4 limes
番茄1個 - 1 tomato
紅椒半個 - half a red bell pepper
紅洋蔥半個 - half a red onion
蔥3條 - 3 stalks of spring onion
芫荽少許 - handful of chopped coriander
椰漿200毫升 - 200ml of coconut cream
椰絲2湯匙 - 2tbsp of coconut shreds
鹽,胡椒粉 - salt and black pepper to taste
