大蔥1條 - 1 leek
西芹條2條 - 2 stalks of celery
蒜2個 - 2 cloves of garlic
香茅3條 - 3 lemongrass
南薑半個 - an inch of galangal
黃薑2條 - 2 turmeric
月桂葉4塊 - 4 bay leaves
胡椒粒1湯匙 - 1tbsp of peppercorns
茴香籽1茶匙 - 1tsp of fennel seeds
水約1公升 - 1L of water
罐裝番茄800毫升 - 800ml of chopped tomatoes
椰槳 - coconut cream
青檸汁 - lime juice
