吞拿魚400克 - 400g of tuna
青辣椒1條 - 1 green chilli
蒜2個 - 2 cloves of garlic
薑80克 - 80g of ginger
紅蔥1個 - 1 shallot
茴香種子1茶匙 - 1tsp of fennel seeds
丁香8粒 - 8 cloves
菜油2大匙 - 2tbsp of vegetable oil
咖喱葉1湯匙 - 1tbsp of curry leaves
黃薑粉1湯匙 - 1tbsp of turmeric powder
肉桂1條 - 1 cinnamon stick
水400毫升 - 400ml of water
羅望子醬1茶匙 - 1tsp of tamarind paste
椰奶200毫升 - 200ml of coconut milk
鹽少許 - salt to taste
