Before our next cruise, we went to "the most unique city in the United States" - New Orleans. Here's a vlog for ya! Towards the end of this episode I'll also be making Dirty Rice, a unique dish in this part of the world.
二至三人份量 For 2-3 people
白飯四碗 - 4 bowls of cooked rice
清雞湯兩杯 - 2 cups of chicken stock
月桂葉兩片 - 2 bay leaves
免治牛肉500克 - 500g of minced beef
蒜兩瓣 - 2 cloves of garlic
青椒一個 - 1 green pepper
西芹兩條 - 2 stalks of celery
洋蔥半個 - Half an onion
蔥兩條 - 2 stalks of green onion
Andouille 煙燻香腸兩條 - 2 Andouille sausages
雞肝五件 - 5 chicken livers
橄欖油1/4杯 - 1/4 cup of olive oil
牛油20克 - 20g of butter
Creole 調味粉兩湯匙 - 2tbsp of Creole Seasoning
鹽一茶匙 - 1tsp of salt
黑胡椒粉一茶匙 - 1tsp of black pepper
