Putin believed the U.S. was busy destabilizing governments all around the world including Russia as Hillary as Secretary of State, spoke out in favor of the Russian mobs who were challenging Putin. This small excerpt only deals with the undermining of Victoria Nuland, Asst. Secretary of State, by replaying her telephone call in which she says F*** the EU. This was the first time that Russia weaponized their information that they had obtained surreptitiously, but it encouraged him later to undermine Hillary by leaking thousands of Podesta emails showing the DNC had fixed the nomination for Hillary by excluding Bernie.
