11. Mr. Clem: Everyone needs to stop being an island unto themselves. This is why free agency ruined the NFL. Think of all the big names of the past that wouldn't have existed, like Johnny Unitas, whose name was synonymous with the Baltimore Colts. Either it's about trying to get your team to the Big Dance, or it isn't. Take a pay cut like Tom Brady and make the team better. All these players are making WAY too much money as it is. Until the players demonstrate that they are indeed selfless and in aim of a higher goal, I'll remain unimpressed.
