薑大約1吋長/inch lengthwise of ginger
蔥白少許/green onion
白蘿蔔約80克/grams of white radish
味淋1湯匙/tbsp of mirin
日本豉油1湯匙/tbsp of Japanese soy sauce
鰹魚粉1茶匙/tsp of dashi powder
熱水150毫升/ml of hot water
