蘿蔔1公斤 - 1kg turnip
臘肉半條 - Chinese cured meat 200g
臘腸1條 - 1 Chinese sausage
蝦米2茶匙 - 2tsp of dried shrimp
冬菇2隻 - 2 Chinese mushroom
瑤柱3個 - 3 dried scallops
粘米粉180克 - 180 g of rice flour
澄粉20克 - 20g of wheat starch
水200毫升 - 200ml of water
麻油1茶匙 - 1tsp of sesame oil
白胡椒粉半茶匙 - half tsp of white pepper
食用油2湯匙 - 2tbsp of oil
鹽1/4茶匙 - 1/4tsp of salt
黃糖1湯匙 - 1tbsp of brown sugar
芝麻適量 - sesame seeds
蔥1條 - 1 sprig of spring onion
芫荽適量 - coriander
