Churchill and Stalin met secretly and drew up what Stalin called the ‘naughty document’ in which they apportioned influence in Eastern Europe between them. For example Russia was to have 70% control of Bulgaria and the Brits 30% while the Brits got 99% Control in Greece and the Soviets 10%. WhenCivil War broke out between the Communists and the Monarchists, after the German withdrawal, Britain intervened against the Communists and Stalin remained Silent.
