Obama sees the Trump Recovery as an extension of his recovery following the debacle of the housing crisis set off by the implementation of Carter’s Community Reinvestment Act of 1977 which was not implemented until Clinton ordered Janet Reno to implement it in 1997, followed by Bush using it to further his agenda of everyone getting a home, with no one checking if the applicants had an income, a job, or assets, which is why they were called Ninja Loans.
