免治牛肉600克 - 600g of minced beef
蘑菇200克 - 200g of white cap mushrooms
洋蔥1個 - 1 onion
紅蔥頭1個 - 1 shallot
牛油20克 - 20g of butter
雞蛋2只 - 2 eggs
生粉2茶匙 - 2tsp of cornstarch
牛肉清湯2杯 - 2 cups of beef broth
英式黑醋2茶匙 - 2tsp of worcestershire sauce
鹽1茶匙 - 1tsp of salt
芥辣粉1茶匙 - 1tsp of ground mustard
蒜粉1茶匙 - 1tsp of garlic powder
黑胡椒碎1茶匙 - 1tsp of coarse black pepper
黑胡椒粒1茶匙 - 1tsp of black peppercorns
麵包糠4/3杯 - 4/3 cup of breadcrumbs
