越南芫荽(或芫荽)一小撮 - a small handful of coriander
薄荷葉20塊 - 20 mint leaves
青檸檬2個 - 2 limes
香茅1條 - 1 stalk of lemongrass
辣椒粉2茶匙 - 2 tsp of Thai chilli powder
白米2湯匙 - 2tbsp of white rice
清水或雞湯半杯 - half a cup of water (or chicken stock)
魚露兩湯匙 - 2tbsp of fish sauce
