鮮豬肉腸4條 - 4 fresh pork sausage
洋蔥1個 - 1 onion

牛油20克 - 20g of butter
番茄醬半杯 - half a cup of tomato ketchup
紅糖2茶匙 - 2tsp of brown sugar
英式黑醋1湯匙 - 1tbsp of worcestershire sauce
英式芥末1茶匙 - 1tsp of English mustard
水牛芝士30克 - 30g of shredded mozzarella cheese
牛至1茶匙 - 1tsp of oregano
