So last week we celebrated our anniversary, and I made her a steak dinner with her favourite starter Salmon Tartare, which I'm going to show you today. In this video I'll also be sharing my view on the Kai Tak development area.
二至三人份量 For two to three people:
三文魚刺身300克 - 300g of sashimi grade salmon
檸檬半個 - half a lemon
紅蔥頭兩個 - 2 shallots
細蔥15條 - 15 chives
酸豆20粒 - 20 capers
橄欖油兩湯匙 -2 tbsp of extra virgin olive oil
甜椒粉半茶匙 - half a tsp of parika
鹽一茶匙 - 1 tsp of salt
